Terms of Service
General Info
·Payment is made via PayPal (€).·Payment will be done once you approve a sketch, after that, any changes will increase the price.·I can decline any commission or cancel it anytime, however, in that case you'll get a refund.·If you want to cancel the order, it must be before I showed a sketch, otherwise I'll keep the payment.·Remember, I'm a person too, I work, go to college and can have personal issues, so keep that in mind when asking about your order. You can ask for WIPs anytime tho!
Use of Art
·I reserve the right to distribute the piece on my social media as I'm it's creator.·You are free to make personal use of the artwork.·You CANNOT gain profit of my art by using/selling it as prints, clothing, NFTs, stickers, etc. In case of customs/adopts, you may only sell the character for as much as you paid (giving it may have art pieces, you are allowed to raise that price fairly).·You can't claim the art as yours.
Commission Process
·Order's details must be discussed before payment. This includes what type of commission you were searching for, poses/expressions (if you have a clear image of what you want), and characters references.·I will make as many sketches and changes needed, but once you approve one, it's settled and it's when you pay. Any changes afterwards will increase the price.·For detailed pieces such as scenes or fake screenshots, I will provide pics of the progress on the stages I see suitable. On simpler orders, I won't show it unless you specifically ask for WIPs.·Don't rush or pressure me even if you see me posting non-commission work on my social media. If you do so, I will cancel your order without refund.·The finished artwork will be send to you via e-mail.
